The Ceremony Package brings a mobile sound system plus two professional wireless microphones: a lapel mic for the officiant and a handheld mic for readers or special moments. The system is delivered and positioned to cover the ceremony area so spoken words and music are audible to guests without relying on venue audio that may be inconsistent.
We coordinate placement and setup with your venue and other vendors to minimize disruption before the ceremony begins. Our team connects and tests microphones and playback before guests arrive, and stays attentive to simple on-site adjustments so wedding audio is reliable throughout vows and key moments.
Customized ceremony music playlist
You and the DJ create a tailored ceremony playlist that reflects your choices for prelude, processional, signing time and recessional. We work through selections with you so music cues are clear and appropriate for each segment, then load and queue the tracks ahead of time to avoid last-minute searches or delays.
We’re experienced blending different musical traditions and genres, and clients report smooth transitions between varied styles. If you need help finding or sequencing songs, we offer guidance and can coordinate with additional live musicians when requested, ensuring the playlist feels cohesive and respectful to your ceremony’s tone.
On-the-day music coordination
Music coordination during the ceremony means we follow your timeline and trigger each musical cue at the right moment. We work directly with your officiant, wedding coordinator or point person to confirm cues and adapt to any timing changes so music starts and stops exactly where it should.
Microphone management is part of this coordination: we handle lapel and handheld mic placement, handoffs for readings or vows, and basic troubleshooting if needed.
