Silent Disco Yoga – An audio utopia bubble!
Each yogi grabs a pair of wireless headphones to hear the deep yoga chill tunes, followed by the voice of our fabulous instructors guiding us through the postures. You can be in a busy city with all its noises, but able to focus on your breath and movements more intensely.
